This is a cute little story about a boy and a girl who had been in love with each other for years. Unfortunately the girl's class made him out-of-reach, or so they thought. But the accident brought them together. There are no real obstacles in the story., only misunderstandings. A visiting Lord was never truly a viable suitor. And the father was kind and compassionate and all the things you don't expect in this type of story. The lack of obstacles actually made it interesting, because I expected them. But each of the characters felt like real people. I would have liked it to be a little longer so there could be more development to the story as well as more of the backstory of each of the main characters. But it was fun, and I would probably read a book from this author again. I received a free copy of this book, and reviewed it willingly.
