I enjoyed this little book. A quick 5 hour audiobook that falls into the category of book I would recommend to new college grads along with The Psychology of Money and Range. Made me think a lot about regrets in my life and how I have learned from them and continue to learn from them. Every human has regrets, so there’s something here for everybody. Discovered that many of my life regrets fall under boldness regrets, which I think I knew but good to have affirmed. If you’ve read a lot of this kind of book (psychology/Gladwell adjacent lit), there’s stuff in here you already know, but still good.

This was a very thought-provoking read. I had never given consideration to what regrets I do and will have, nor have I taken any time to think about how I engage with those regrets. I spent a good deal of time outside of reading this thinking about what regrets I do have any why my reaction to those regrets has: Passed me by, weighed heavily on my shoulders, caused me great conflict, or worries me regularly.
I am not sure what I will do with this information going forward other than to better consider the positivity having regrets can have for me. Thus, the 3 stars.

I think the bottom line is not to look back, but think of regret as an opportunity to learn from and move forward. Positive or negative it is a learning experience. Very fast read

Packed full of interesting studies & examples! This isn't a topic you see much about and Pink handles it with his typical curiosity. This had such a risk of being maudlin but it's actually quite positive and uplifting. Worth the time!
