Loved!

I loved Racer from the first moment he appeared, and his HEA is my favorite (so far). Also: Waverly is awesome and we should be besties.
Lighthearted love story, complete with steamy love scenes preceded by the best kind of hostility... makes for a great book.

Love-Hate relationship with laughs, pranks, and witty banter. Low angst. Racer seems to be cocky and a jerk with a big mouth, but he uses that to cover up his insecurities. He and Georgiana make a great couple once they get past hating each other ;)

6 minutes in and had to DNF because the male narrator decided to give his character a nassally voice. How am I supposed to get into this spicy book when the MMC literally makes his voice sound awful?? Cannot get past it.

I believe everyone and I mean everyone needs- NEEDS- Racer McKay in their lives. Whether as a friend or your person...sigh, that man.

I don't know whether to be impressed with Ms. Westbrook's ability to handle all of Racers awesomeness or Racer for being someone I would love to have in my life. Over the top in every way, Racer and his friends are a dream come true for the weird I am.

I found the hate to tolerate ratio in this book is highly skewed because really- Ms. Richie Rich and her nuggies clearly are harder to tolerate than Racer and his antics...That might be slightly biased....might be.

I had a ridiculously entertaining time reading this book. Racer is beyond explanation. There is truly no way to explain his personality or just his awesomeness. He must be read to be understood...even then?!?!

I snorted, darn near choked, and laughed so hard I was shaking without noise and led my 7 year old to believe I was having an aneurysm. So if that isn't an indication of the excellence that is Racer McKay, you are a lost cause and cannot be helped. Everyone else please rush as quickly as possible, in a safe and orderly fashion, to the nearest vendor/procurer of books to set aside a little Racer for yourself.

“Make mistakes, tell the worst truth rather than the best lie, love hard, and be the better man.”

Okay… Racer is my favorite of all time. I thought Andrew was but now I know it’s Racer. While during the book Georgiana and Racer come off like oil and water, that is just their chemistry. Racer is unbelievably loyal. Especially to anyone in his inner circle, once you are inside this circle there is no one going back. His personality is so funny and tender at the same time. The love he has for his friends showed up in the previous book My Best Friend’s Ex with Tucker & Emma, however in this book you get to delve into the relationships even more. You see how much more he cares for everyone, and how even the small things are precious to him. His life is so hard but he just smiles through it, and those people who smile through the pain, those are the toughest people!

He spreads his arms out wide and soaks in more. “it’s called living. Life is short, Georgie. You never know when your time is up, so spend every waking moment you have experiencing what life has to offer. Our clothes will dry, but your memory of this moment will live forever.”

Georgiana seems like a typical high society girl but is an amazing hard-working woman. She wants to break the mold in her family. She wants to branch out and start her own business instead of relying on a man to support her. I think that it’s really great that she doesn’t take crap from Racer or basically anyone in this book. It was great how you would think that since she had everything basically handed to her before this point that she had a great childhood. However, she has had a really complicated time of it, meanwhile Racer was brought up with a very loving father. I loved her journal of words… they were amazing. I have no idea where the author came up with these words or the idea but it was perfect.

And men run the business world? Screw that.

We’re living in a world where women can flourish, where we can seize an opportunity and make the most of it, a world where despite gender, religion, ethnicity, or sexual orientation every person the right to succeed, to strive for a better life. All it takes is encouragement, determination, and the helping hand of an adoring fan.

I’m not the naïve one. My father is.

Racer and Georgia were so much fun. Their banter was perfection and the serious moments were so heartfelt. I absolutely scored this story and all the people in it.

"Make mistakes, tell the worst truth rather than the best lie, love hard, and be the better man."

Racer McKay and Georgiana Westbrook come from two very different worlds but will discover that they aren't really so different after all and just might be - seelenverwandt : kindred souls. They may come from different backgrounds but both are reaching for their goals, trying to make their dreams a reality, overcoming obstacles and opposition, and needing love and support. So different, yet so similar.

Racer and Georgie mix like oil and water and the tension, banter and pranks these two pull on each other is hilariously fun! And when the animosity falls away - Racer and Georgie are a fantastic duo.

Fun, sexy, humorous, full of heart and totally flawsome Twisted Twosome is a great read!
