This was so much fun to read! I'm sure I had a doofy grin on my face the entire time I was reading it. I really enjoyed Charlie and Nate's friendship, and the unholy alliance formed between the robotics club and the cheerleaders was a thing of beauty. The killer robot is just an added bonus.

It was an enjoyable read. I liked the premise, and it touched on some deeper issues. My one disappointment was that I would have liked to see it go a little deeper.

This was such a great graphic novel! It was funny and endearing and I loved seeing Nate and Charlie's friendship develop through the book. I loved how the cheerleaders and th robotics team came together in the end

I've read enough of Faith Erin Hicks to know she likes to illustrate well-established tropes. Honestly, I really vibed with this book. It was pretty predictable, but I liked Charlie's character a lot. I found his struggle with his parents very accurate.

This was a really concise and well-written/drawn graphic novel. I enjoyed that it had two major conflicts with interconnected problems that all were resolved in a natural, not forced way. All other characters had personalities and distinct voices and the setup was taking the classic trope of jocks vs geeks, but giving it a whole new spin that was fresh and a pleasure to read. I felt that the story wrapped up great and look forward to another graphic novel from this team.
