this is my favorite osemanverse book for a reason. As a fandom girlie, this just feels like a big hug. The characters are complicated and real and the way their story intervines is so nicely written. Alice has really outdone herself with this one.

literally read this in one sitting! it really is so so so much more than a boy band and a girl's love for said band. Every character has so much depth and I love them all so much. Somehow I just felt so connected to them and I had so much hope in them. Please give this book a chance!!

Angel and me are literally so alike i loved her so much and Jimmy is also such a reletable character. As a big fan girl this book was so good and such a good representation i loved it

Interesting concept, I related a lot as a former (vaguely current) fangirl. I really apprec ated the diverse representation and appreciated that those aspects were not tokenized. However the story itself got much darker than I thought and I was not really prepared for that based on the description. The ending wrapped up much too quickly and would have loved a little more time with the characters, but I like that the author left a hopeful possible future for the main characters.
