Lev and Bailey Story was emotionally charged and hard. This is a story that is a long time intense read. This story truly deserves more then 5 stars for hardship and trauma that has you feeling like you are right there with them going down that hard road. This is a must read that will have you feeling all the feels.

Reading this book was like visiting with an old friend, no matter how much time and distance between you, there’s an air of familiarity and camaraderie. Todos Santos looks much the same, but a few of its residents have experienced enough change to be almost unrecognizable.
This book at its core is about healing, forgiveness, overcoming obstacles, and being able to come home again. Sometimes home looks like a childhood made right, and others it means your best self becoming visible in the eyes of the one who loves you most.
Bailey snd Lev go through so much, and seeing them find their way in the world, and navigating difficulties to each other was spectacular. I wanna go back and start at the beginning, just so I don’t have to leave this world quite yet.

To be completely honest, I would never read this if it wasn't for Dean and Dixie content and for that only 2 stars. To everyone crying, Dean would never move on. Let me remind you guys he was with Rosie sister even though he knew best friend was in love with her. But we more I didn't care at all about the main couple, and I wish LJ just writes Dean and Dixie book.

Overall I really enjoyed this book, I do have to say the beginning was super slow for me but after getting through it I couldn’t stop reading!!! I love the two of them and there were so many emotions I felt throughout the book - would definitely recommend reading!

This one took me a bit to get into..I have not read the previous books in the series.   Saying that..not sure how those who already knew Lev and Bailey made it through this book.  It hit me so hard and I just met them!   I have never known anyone who got caught up with an addiction, but this story felt true to life.   Heartbreaking and beautiful, and all the things you want in a romance.
