First of summer simple reads. I really enjoyed it, it was fun and a little racy, just want I want from this type of book. My main complaint is it ended somewhat abruptly. The character of Tyler felt really thrown in and then that aspect of the story was really under developed. Felt like filler to add 50 pages and ended up taking away instead of adding

So I was wondering why I gave this one only a 4 stars but then the ending happened and everything became clear. I hate that trope. But also Josh and Hazel are cute so I don’t hate this book.

I INHALED THIS BOOK.

Honest to god one of the funniest romances I’ve read. I adored Hazel and loved Josh so much.
I hope we could all aspire to have a little Hazel in us.

I will now be buying every Christina Lauren book…

I enjoyed this—short, sweet, a nice romance.
A bit too trope typical at the end but still a fun time. I liked the reminder about loving someone who truly loves you for you and doesn’t want to change your personality.

A very cute, easy, quick listen! I loved the concept of their story coming together over many years and many seasons. At some points, I found it frustrating that they wouldn't just communicate with each other and say the things they were feeling, but because it was a shorter book it didn't bother me too much. I think Hazel and Josh were very cute characters. And while I normally don't love a friends to lovers romance, this one was well written and it felt nice because it wasn't like they were friends forever before they became lovers, so it was more realistic. As always, Christina Lauren's books delight with niceness and funness and are the perfect read any time of year.

This book was so cute and funny but the plot twist near the end was unnecessary :<< I still enjoyed it tho.
