Wasn't actually expecting to like this as much as I did! I was looking for graphic novels and came across it purely by chance but I genuinely ended up loving it! It's sad and funny and relatable and wild all at the same time. The illustrations are bea9and the plot is great too. I would definitely say this is worth a read!

This book was so so funny. The use of color vs black and white to illustrate the revelations of the idiotic main character was brilliant.

I admit I didn't finish this book. Because I am an elementary school librarian, I thought this would be an interesting graphic novel for teens. I didn't realize until shortly into the book that it was more geared for adults. Thanks to NetGalley for a free ebook in exchange for an honest review.

This was so well written with witty humor and poignant prose. Illustrations were so profoundly emotive and alive with energy. I actually laughed out loud several times. This was also a heartbreaking story and very beautiful. A very moving book. I want my own copy!

This is by far one of the more unique and beautiful stories I've read in a good long while. The fact that it's a graphic novel made that all the more enjoyable as a means of actually getting to see what's going on in the main character's head. This is definitely one I could recommend to anyone but especially anyone who has ever had trouble connecting with others or at least reflected on how strange it is to connect with other people.
