I’m actually really sad that this is the end of the series.

Honestly it’s one of those series which just starts to stretch it’s legs and then it’s finished.

A absolutely loved it. Solid characters, great world building and the illustrations are insanely good.

Lovely, neat ending to Joe Henderson's imaginative, colourful and life-affirming tale. It felt like for what lacked in shock factor, it made up for in feeling, visual scope and a sense of journey. Hopefully Sony gets this one right when they adapt, it could really capture and connect with teen audiences, while also hitting a sweet spot for parents.

3.5 not sure if it's just been too long since I read the last volume or if I'm tired, but this one didn't do much for me sadly!

This series is worthy of attention. It’s fun, beautiful, interesting and relevant. Highly recommended.

There are 15 issues or 3 volumes. I was able to borrow it from the library via the hoopla app. Check it out!

I bought this book to complete my set, but if I didn't own the other two I wouldn't have purchased the third. The story is interesting and I liked the representation, but I feel like the payoff in the third act didn't really come through to make it satisfying. It just seemed like everything worked itself out in the end pretty quickly.
