I found this one a little bit more shallow than the rest of the series, a bit like fan fiction about Murderbot rather than an actual murder bot story. But that said, it was still fun and great and I'll read anything with Murderbot in it because the character is just so awesome.

This is book #6 in the Murderbot diaries and the author has reverted back to a quick little novella, after a longer full length novel in book #5. Murderbot is as funny and adorable as always, for an overpowered killing machine. And I think I prefer the shorter format; the plot is more straightforward and the action is more follow-able. In this case it was a bit more murder-mystery and less action and murder-ing-y. So yeah, I enjoyed it.
