Well, not the same feeling I had with the other book. I was really excited to get to try this one, but sadly it just was meh. I felt sorry for the old man how the dog just took over his instrument and got even better than he was and then even got an offer the old man never had despite everything. I just wasn't a fan of the dog and just wanted to send some love and cookies to the old man.
But hey I was happy to see the bear again, and I love the art. So 2 stars. But not more.

Simply gorgeus illustrations. The colors are so vivid, the setting is entrancing, the characters's expressions so lively. You can get lost in those illustrations. Simple story with a sweet moral at the end.
A bonus is the fact that I got this one, and another one in the series, in a second hand bookstore.

How sweet. A story about friendship and it almost made me cry, it was so sweet. And the dog was just adorable. I loved the illustrations and the author, (who is also the illustrator), made me feel all the emotions for this story. Kids will love it. Maybe it will get them interested in music and learning a musical instrument or singing in school.
