I bought this book for $2 at a used book store. Turns out this was $2 too much...I can't remember a single detail of this "thriller" except that it sparks a visceral reaction of extreme dislike when I see the cover.

2.75⭐️ - I went in expecting a thriller but this turned out to be more mystery?? We know the answers pretty much the entirety of the book but we are investigating how it happened. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy the story but I do appreciate the plot twist ending so I’m rounding up to 3 stars.

Everything about this was pretty great. Short chapters. Characters that you grow to love and appreciate. The plot itself was very interesting. If you’re an avid reader, you could definitely finish this in one or two sittings. I will be hopefully be reading more by this author soon.
