This was a wonderful story to read in the wake of both Trina Robbins and Ramona Fradon's passing. Trina's introduction makes it clear how personal a story this was and even though it is an expert emulation of golden age storytelling, that connection shines through the story. The frame story has new resonance as Amazons mourn the loss of Wonder Woman I couldn't help but think about us losing these great comic creators
