Man this made me want to dive back into the Ms. Marvel comics again because this was really cute! This was definitely aimed at a younger audience but the art was still awesome and it was heartfelt all the same.

This was super cute and would have been a solid 5/5 if GWW hadn't already done a villain exactly like this in her run. But it had a surprising amount of Nakia, Miles, and even a surprise MCU!Valkyrie poster, so I really can't complain too much. Plus the art was adorable.

This was a fine comic book for younger readers. It was a pretty simple plot but the graphics were fun.

The work of being a superhero is pretty all-consuming, but life doesn't work that way -- there's school and family life and all the other details that give life quality to keep going well. Thus the importance of balance and teamwork even in Avenger training. Who knew! Kids will appreciate young people learning to harness their power, and hopefully learn some ways to make that work even in their own lives.

Watercolor like illustration to an adorable superhero of color. A wonderful iteration of her lore.
