Really gave me some insight into my own habits with friendships. I think about about my approach to friendship and this was still able to give me some fresh ideas.

Excellent book. So informative - based on data she summarizes well and illustrated with real life examples. I love the chapter summaries. I got this from the library but ended up buying it because it's so useful and I want to highlight. I love that she includes variables like attachment styles. Her narration of the audiobook is excellent as well.
