Making close friends as an adult can be difficult. Loneliness is a pervasive societal problem and has significant health and mental health consequences. This book addresses how to make and nurture friendships and provides lots of valuable information that can strengthen any relationship.

I thought this was engaging and informative.

Excellent book. So informative - based on data she summarizes well and illustrated with real life examples. I love the chapter summaries. I got this from the library but ended up buying it because it's so useful and I want to highlight. I love that she includes variables like attachment styles. Her narration of the audiobook is excellent as well.
