Excellent book. More like a course since I read it as an audiobook.
Covers the expanse of running a modern business. I have done a MBA and yet I found it a good revision. Was helpful in getting up to date with new business approaches and strategies. Quite a few technology related examples as well.
It helps if you read it in bits because this is a mix of varied aspects of business. Mull over what you learn, read up on more examples yourselves, and apply the learnings to your experience. Take notes and save bookmarks.

Very complex with much information. I will probably come back to this and go through it again. And will follow the PDF companion as well.

Excellent introduction to necessary business skills covering all key areas. This is another of the Great Courses lecture series. Wish I had been exposed to this much earlier in my career!
