I liked this one more than Mr. Mercedes . It was a lot of fun . Excited to see what the next book in the series has in store.

3.00/5 Finders Keepers starts off as a wholly unique concept, but descends into a startlingly monotonous and formulaic cop chase.

My favourite part of this book is before Hodges is introduced. I found Bellamy’s story about his life and eventual murder of Rothstein to be the highlight of the book.

The rest of the book follows Hodges and co as they try to capture Morris. Coming into this book I thought it would be more of a mystery, but it turned out to be more of your standard cop chase. And while I don’t have a problem with a good cop chase, I found this one to be very formulaic and predictable.

Overall, Finders Keepers starts off strong, but falls off as the book progresses.

El primero de la trilogía no me encantó y no sabía si continuar con este, pero la verdad es que me alegro de haberlo hecho porque me ha gustado. Soy básica, si un libro habla de libros, yo feliz. Lo malo es que siento que la sinopsis revela demasiado, pero bueno, con semejante final imposible no leer el tercero, al menos para mí.

The protagonists (Hodges, Holly, Jerome) don’t show up until you’re halfway through the book and I liked the villain from Mr. Mercedes better BUT still a wonderful read.
