This book was enjoyable. I liked Cassandra as a character and the plot was as entertaining. The only thing that annoyed me and why I'm not rating this a 5 star is the constant mention of alcohol, drinking too much etc etc, it was just repeated over and over again in the book. Like, I get it, you don't need to keep saying the same thing 1000 times. Other than that, the book is good. The ending was a bit anticlimactic for me but did tie the plot up nicely.

I FINISHED A BOOK! Finally. Feels like it’s been months. And I’ve had this book started since before covid hit the US. Damn. Maybe my attention span is getting better.

It was a good book. Not as thrilling as I was expecting...or maybe I just wasn’t as into it as I was expecting to be...but still good. I’ll be watching the show when it’s released.
