It took me a long time to get through this book. I remember reading the first and the second book in 1-2 days each. This one took me 2 months. Okay, I was also kind of in a reading slump but still, it took me way longer than expected.
I didn't really connect the two new main characters. Also I'm not very happy with the ending. I think it's too much of a happy end.
This is all I'm going to say about this because I don't care enough to write a full review. Unfortunately, this book was more disappointing rather than exciting. I still love the other books in this series though.

I've been recommending reading this entire series, to all of my friends.

I loved this book! Just like the 2 before it, I was hooked. Emotions were high the whole time and I didn’t want to put it down.

OBSESSED.

The third book in The Illuminae Files series and it doesn’t disappoint. Keeping with the same style of a mix of content styles, this book kept me engaged and I was so excited to read more.

I love the characters, the relationships they form and how they work together and have each other’s backs.

This has become one of, if not my favourite book series that I’ve ever read.

This was the perfect finale for the series. Asha and Rhys were great additions. This book had so much action, and the way it's written places you in the middle of it. I loved the juxtaposition of the intense scenes with comedic relief. All the characters were very fleshed out, including minor characters. One of my favorite aspects of the story was how people on both sides of the conflicts were humanized. It made everyone's decisions seem so much more complex, and it really makes you think about what it means to be human. This book will make you reflect on past conflicts that have occurred throughout history and how we can avoid repeating them. The authors were not afraid to kill people and raise the stakes. The world building was incredible, and you could tell a lot of thought went into it.
