Junie B. Jones, you will always be iconic.
Would she give somebody gray hairs in real life? Of course, but she's hilarious. I collected all the Junie B. Jones books growing up and it will always hold a soft spot in my heart for sparking my joy of reading. I don't feel like kids always have to read/watch characters that are good examples of character. Sometimes it's fun to read about a trainwreck of a 5th grader, knowing you'd never hide in your elementary school's supply closet so you can avoid taking the bus home.

i remember my mom got mad at me for reading this bc it had the word "stupid" on it. nonetheless, i still read it and absolutely loved it

I used to be enamored with these books as a kid. This is exactly what I remembered it to be even if it's a little less relatable now 😂 A fun nostalgic read
