Goood GLORY... how do I even review this? One thing's for sure, I need to read a reallly happy, feel-good book after this because I've read far too many sad things lately. But yeah, about this book! I don't want to give too much away but suffice it to say, this book is shocking and beautiful, vivid and harrowing. It's about friendship and sisterhood, the things we never pay attention to enough to know, and dealing with the loss of a loved one. Claudia's best friend Monday is missing, but nobody else seems to believe her. Despite the fact that Monday has become a ray of sunshine in Claudia's life, everyone elseseems to be living on as if nothing ever changed. This was an incredibly written book. I love Tiffany D. Jackson and her books/short stories always stick with me long after I finish. This book has some really telling and important themes, the storytelling is so cleverly done and I just really enjoyed this! Would highly recommend to everyone ready for a wild and heart-wrenching ride, even to those who don't usually read mystery.
