Gibson's script and short story are still kind of a rush, perhaps more so than the movie itself.

Having the screenplay and short story back to back, it begs for a better version that incorporates the best parts of both.

They're both fine on their own. It will probably make the reader eager to download a better Gibson piece into their amygdala.

A short, dark look into a cyberpunk future with a lot of excitement and action. I was hoping for a longer more developed novel from this story, but enjoyed it nonetheless.

Really short story, but a real page turner (more a page clicker in my case). A sci-fi port-modern environment that depicts what can happen when we mess around with the excess of technology. I would recommend it, you can read it in a few hours.
