It's heartwarming and a very good book to read! It's not just a café, it's a café that has so many stories to tell. This book got some strange romances too haha but they're CUTE ROMANCES. The characters have their own problems and they are good people. You didn't just enter into a café, u entered into a cute little family and you will experience all kinds of love.

I had some questions that were left unanswered by the end of the book, but overall it was a delightful and surprisingly relaxing read. Kawaguchi has taken the concept of time travel, often presented as a medium for cautionary tales about messing with the laws of nature, and turned it into something pleasantly reminiscent of a magical fairytale.

While some may consider this a cozy read, I found it to be a bit boring. The stories themselves were impactful and interesting enough that I finished the book, but there was such a long lead up to each of the characters travelling in time. With the long lead ups, this also meant that I guessed what was going to happen very frequently. This was okay, but not great.
