Not often you get a story that can get you as engrossed with its characters as well as staying true to its concept. The book explores the representation of East Asians in media while also showing the reflection media will display on those loving their life.

This was a powerful and fresh take on Asian American stereotypes, especially in film and TV. I enjoyed the screenplay format for the most part but was sometimes lost between what was actually happening and the hypothetical scenes.
