One of the best books I have ever had the pleasure of reading. It’s charming and funny. The characters make you fall in love with them and you are rooting for their happy ending.

This is the first fantasy book I’ve read in years and I’m happy to say it was a warm cozy read. Everything about this book is very on the nose - the character development there would be, the lessons that would be learned, the themes that would be explored, etc - and yet it was a delightful read. 
I do believe the concept was unique and it accomplished what it set out to do - whether you’re the type of reader that likes being told as opposed to shown. It’s an easy book to follow. It’s an easy read. It’s an easy book to recommend.
