While this doesn't hold a candle to some of KH's other books, i still really liked it. It's a tear jerker and definitely makes you think about what you would do if you were in the same position (God forbid!)

I loved this book! It may not have had a great depth or a surprise ending but it totally encapsulated the essence of love, simpler times, and innocence. Aren’t those characteristics we all should strive for?!?
