It's everything we wished the Eragon books were! It's more adult and has darker themes. Murtagh is a character that holds so much depth and getting to explore a new part of Alagaesia was so magical. I only wished there was more of a drawn out romance

The visions and the antagonist of the book really creeped me out. It was also a little slow in the beginning and somewhat drug on like the previous books.
