Like a lot of the books later in this series, Possession gets off to a slow start. But once it gets rolling, you're along for quite the ride.

Chill, quick, spooky read. I have not read any others in the series and not sure whether I will, but this was a decent time.

I have recently become a reviewer for a BOCD (Book on CD) company, and this is one of the books I received from them to listen to.

Too complicated urban fantasy shading to horror in this latest book of a series. If I were a huge fan of Seattle I would probably appreciated it more. A such I'm glad I'm at least somewhat familiar with the waterfront area because otherwise I think the book would have made almost no sense. Could have used to have been just a little bit more coherent perhaps by dropping some details.

Once again I enjoyed the story of Harper Blaine. The author's ability to weave a tale around modern day Seattle is remarkable. There are times when I feel like this could be real.

Our favourite PI, Harper Blaine, is brought in to investigate the strange activities of a woman in a vegetative state. Of course nothing is ever as simple as it seems with Harper and this case leads her to a fight with a god and worse, Quentin's father.

It's difficult to come up with a good review on this without saying that it's on par with the previous entries. It's a great book in a great series.

Overall I enjoyed this book. I did feel like after a fairly slow pacing in the beginning there was an almost - bam! type rush solution given which I felt slighlty detracted from the story but not enough to make it unenjoyable.

I can't wait to read the next in the series.
