Finally, FINALLY I know what happens to Allyson and Willem. FINALLYYYY!!!
I really liked this, even if it was WAY too short.

Just One Year estaba inconcluso.

It was incredibly nice to get the final 'chapter' so to speak for Allyson & Willem. Especially with the way both Just One Day and Just One Year end. I will agree with other reviewers that the use of third person pov was a little strange (whether that be because Forman is so adept with 1st or because it just wasn't quite right) and I'm not sure I needed the 'culmination' of the relationship to be like it was (but I suppose I should have expected it). It tied up a lot of loose ends (Broodje's tackle hug of Allyson was my favorite part) which I was grateful for, but it wasn't as 'ahhhhhh' as the actual novels.

I'm not saying I disliked this novella, because I did. It was cute and I'm happy that Allyson and Willem had the ending they deserved. But was the constant changing POV needed? It confused me a lot.

The only thing I didn't really like was the third person omniscient point-of-view. We could see inside too many characters' heads and it switched between characters too often as it went along. The story itself was great, though.

I’m glad that this exists because it left too many unknowns? It made it more real.
