A very fun one-sitting read. The writing style is beautiful, but sometimes specific words cropped up too often, which took me out of the story. However, I do love a story with cannibalism.
On a small side note: I feel like the blurb didn't accurately describe what I was about to read. But maybe I just didn't read it carefully enough the first time.

How do you even write this book?. And what does it say about me that somebody completely thought about me as soon as they saw it and let me borrow it?! Well they definitely understand me. I found it hysterical that it is a guy trying to go on a date and thinking he’s getting lucky and he’s a very typical dude bro. Little does he know that this is a religious cult of women and he’s the main sacrifice. I couldn’t stop reading because I couldn’t wait until this dude got what was coming to him. The essay in the back about why the book was written was really fascinating too. It was not too gory until the very last two pages
