This is a good, accessible translation if your new to Taoism, like I am. I like that on each alternating page the sage becomes 'she', instead of 'he'. A gender neutral version would be even better, and I've let someone convince me that this would actually be a more accurate translation of the Chinese pronouns used in the original. I look forward to reading more advanced translations in the future.
