The author told me that it took her 2 years to finish this book. After reading through it, I understand why. It was totally worth it. It looks and feels like a labor of love.
The characters are adorable and lovable, there are spreads that are a marvel to look at (caveat, btw: I know Trizha, and I think the spreads are where she's outdone herself), and there is wit and charm in the panels.
Kudos, too, to both Trizha and Anino Comics for the book's lovely packaging. I hope more people get a chance to experience the book.
