I found this story to be a likable, easily read & enjoyed story without any great angst to it. It moved along nicely with characters that were more believable than some in this genre. I could easily see myself being friends with people like this, with each having their own personalities and dimensions. While it wasn't a fantastic book, I did enjoy it & would happily read more by this author.

This short was stock full of sexual tension that flew off the pages. A very sexy boxing lesson for Joy from her Alpha Warren. Really want to read more of this couple.

This is not the first time I have gotten suckered into what was termed a 'Box Set' or 'Boxed Collection', etc. They come up with these terms to sucker you into downloading them. I know I paid money for one of these atrocities. Don't remember if this is one of them.
They disguise it saying it is a collection of short stories.
They LIE!
It's not stories. Its excerpts, TEASERS, and elongated synopsis.
I hate it when they put out catalogs and say they are short stories.
It makes me so mad I want to go to my shelves and put every author who was a part of it and put them in my 'Author Rejected' shelf. What a total waste of space!!
How to lose a reader fast?
Put one of these things out and really get them super upset with you!
I will NEVER buy a 'Collection' again! Ever! Never!!

This bundle of stories has a great mix of characters and worlds from so many different authors. If you are a paranormal and romance fan you will be sure to enjoy this set of stories. With so many authors and worlds there is bound to be something to catch your interest. I was pulled into each new story and found some new authors to look for more from. These stories are quick reads that are full of passion and romance. I enjoyed the glimpses that we get into each of the authors works. This was a nice way to find out if I enjoyed an authors style or not. As with many sets of stories there were some that I enjoyed more than others but a as whole this bundle is a good read. These stories will have you longing for more.

While each story is an introduction/teaser to the actual story, some of the stories will put a little color in your cheeks! Not every story was my favorite or my cup of tea (hey, everything isn't for everybody) I did enjoy what I read and I look forward to full stories being released!

Alpha heat is a collection of short stories and snippets from 21 leading authors in the romance genre. Some stories have paranormal elements with shifters, vampires and the like, others are contemporary, all hot and have very alpha males and/or females.
Some of these stories are snippets, prequels and spin offs from existing series, others have cliffhangers (agh, I know) and others are so damn sweet they could give you a tooth ache.
A very good introduction to some awesome characters, authors and stories you just want to read more about.
There is something in this collection for everyone's tastes and you can get a feel for other authors and stories you may not have experienced yet and themes you wouldn't normally read. Some of the themes include:
Doms and subs, secret liaisons, threesomes, bondage, girl on girl, guy on guy and love at first sight.
My favourites were:

This is a collection of 21 very short, snappy and downright sexy scenes from some major league authors. Most are bonus scenes or epilogues from established books. Great way to see some of a new to you authors writing before taking the plunge and buying a full length work.
There is something for everyone including: menage, D/s, Billionaires, Cowboys, f/f, reunions and UFO's!!! I dare you not to find something to tempt you! All well written and with great characters, snappy dialogue and each is just long enough to pull you in and entice you with the full length book!

it feels like I have lost media in my hands. But it's weird to store a free odd box set of story samples in my hard drive.
I grabbed this box set from all about romance, which shut down a long while ago. I couldn't get the full story, but I had to download my ebooks before they became lost forever.
I don't know who wants to read this. but I'm going to see if this box set is still sold.
