Maybe I jumped in at the wrong time, but not sure why Fury shot Banner off into space other than he can't control Hulk.

Good collection building up to Planet Hulk, but the last image of Hulk might be the worst drawing I’ve ever seen. It’s a tight close up on his face that somehow ends up looking like he’s having a confusing, sad, and intense pooping session.

This book was nearly a total waste of pages. The most interesting part of the book is the side story with the DCFS coming after Reed and Sue's kids and that's maybe 6 pages total. The rest of it is really just dialed in.

I don't read many comic books/graphic novels, but my boyfriend recently became super interested in the Avengers and wanted me to read Th Hulk. It wasn't bad, the ending really boosted this from a 3.5 to a 4 for me. I would probably read more Hulk.... although I REALLY want to read Captain America!

I enjoyed this one quite a bit, and would really like to read the full Planet Hulk storyline. My only quibbles was that the artwork was a bit cartoony at times, with some odd size changes for the Hulk that sometimes made him look like a pinhead.

Collection of Fantastic Four and Hulk comics that led to the events of Planet Hulk. I enjoyed the Planet Hulk story w/o this but I enjoyed reading the back story.

Can I have less of people treating Bruce like a monster and more of Hulk attacking rapists?

I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY JUST SHOT BRUCE BANNER INTO SPACE LIKE THAT'S A REASONABLE SOLUTION.

Pretty interesting book, but a little forgettable. It's a little bit unsatisfying, but it's just a prelude after all. It certainly got me pumped up for Planet Hulk. So, in that sense, it did its job!
