This book of novellas averages out to 4.25 stars. I really enjoyed this! It was perfect for reading a novella while traveling and I was able to finish this book in 3 flights. I think I enjoyed the first story the most- I could see the chemistry and loved the romance of the encounter. The second story could easily have been a really good full length novel, but I didn’t get the character development I wanted in an academic rivals to lovers story. The third story was cute, albeit predictable, but the stubbornness of both characters not talking about how they really felt the whole time was a little infuriating. I would love to read more by this author!

Romanticize the airport with familiar tropes across three interconnected stories: love at first sight, enemies to lovers, and friends to lovers. The first two stories were page-turners, but had to cringe through the last story.

I was absolutely worried going into this short story collection having only read Denise's full-length works but as a lover of her works, these were a great additions...even if flying freaks me out.
I received an ecopy of this book through Netgalley; however, my opinions are my own.

Okay seriously this collection of novellas was the CUTEST thing I have ever read. I wish they were longer because they were SO GOOD. I actually saw this book funnily enough… at an airport
