Five stars for this excellent work of Anna and Max fanfic. (More seriously, for those who - like me - grew up with the fictionalised versions of Michael and his sister's childhood, this adds depth, some amazing back story, some poignant details and some sobering ones.)

Minus one star for describing Alfred Robens as a "man of great integrity" though. I mean, why would you do that?
