I didn’t like the main character Ifiok, at the start or even throughout the book. He came across as stuck up and rude 😂
Isong is a talented writer, in the sense that News at Noon was extremely informative (regarding the social economic status of Nigeria, their culture and idioms) without being overbearing.
The story line was easy to follow but lacked depth in some areas.
A cute but kind of predictable ending nevertheless.
I would recommend if you’re looking for a filler book!
