Very insightful look into Britney’s life. I grew up with her music but never knew the real “tea” of her situation. Very well written in the sense you can visualize the moments she’s talking about.

This was a great read. I highly recommend to anyone that’s a fan, or even if you’re not! Brittany tells her personal story regarding her life and conservatorship. I think her story can help others in similar situations in the future.

Britney Spears has been through more than a person should have to. To be exploited and abused by the people who are supposed to love you unconditionally is horrific. Michelle Williams is a wonderful narrator. This book was very focused on the conservatorship and I think was probably a way of her processing her trauma.

This book is not well written. The story is fascinating and heart wrenching but it is repetitive. If you are looking for a polished and wonderfully eloquent memoir, this is not for you. If you want to hear the story of Britney, FROM Britney, buckle in. This woman has had a rough go and her coming out the other end and being able to smile again is a testament to what a strong woman she is.

One of the rawest and realest books I‘ve ever read and the best non fiction or even memoir I‘ve read yet. She has captured me and I feel so deeply for the things she had to endure and overcome in all her life. I am beyond happy for her that she seems happy and content and most importantly FREE!! I cannot believe that she was literally imprisoned for 13 years! It is devastating that the American government and legal system is this amount of corrupt and I am so glad it’s over for her.

It would have been nice to hear her read the audiobook.

It's good to hear from her perspective and I think her ghostwriter did a great job showing her POV. Especially after decades of mistreatment from almost all the people around her.

It's so interesting how most of the female celebrities of her generation, especially her sister, contributed to her needless demise while several older female celebrities like Donatella, Madonna, and even Mariah helped her.

I'm so sorry the world put her through all of this. I can't imagine living a life where everyone you loved only saw you as a cash cow they wanted to wring dry.
