There is something about this book that makes me like it a lot less than most Star Wars books, but I can't quite put my finger on it.
The book is really good. I love the writing style, the characters are exactly as they should be, the storyline is good (even though a bit simplistic) and I loved to read more about Luke's training.
So I really don't know what it is. Just a feeling I suppose.
Still, 4 stars because I refuse to give anything less to a book written this well.

Another fun YA Star Wars novel. This one doesn't say things explicitly, but there could be some possible Force Awakens information in this one. Quick read.

An interesting little novella explaining how Luke began to learn to use a light saber. I was lacking a bit in development and would have been better served, I think, as a longer-form work or with the light saber teachings more abbreviated so there could have been a more full resolution.

It gives some background about Luke's journey towards being a Jedi. The story is ok.

- I don't have a lot to say about this one.
- It was good. I liked learning about how Luke learned to use his lightsaber.
- It was fun.
- I liked the C3-P0 was telling the story.

This is simply a pretty average book, I don't really have a lot else to say. A quick read but a compelling storyline, I just don't particularly enjoy reading about Luke to be perfectly honest.
