I love the writing style of these books very much, adore the art, and really feel for (most of) the characters within. There is a lot of tragedy here, but there is also still hope, and I appreciate that.

Waiting for the third book is going to be near impossible.

Dear God this book is so good. SO GOOD. If you are a vampire novel enjoyer, and you want something dark and moody and atmospheric, this is IT. The only bad thing I will say about it is that the third book in the trilogy is not out yet, so reader beware.
