I really love adam a lot but this book has an overflow of nerdy movie props and references that I'm not familiar with. 3* still cause it's well written and entertaining.

3.5 rounded down. I wanted this to be more like Nick Offerman's books and maybe that isn't fair, but it ended up being a little too focused on Savage's process that works for him which obviously isn't going to work for everyone. Still some interesting stuff here and fun to see how someone with so much energy and such a creative brain works.

Adam has always been an inspiration and to hear his humble narrative of his life and how he came to learn what he did as well as his willingness to share truly moves me.

Quite enjoyable

Not the usual type of book I read but I have been entertained by Adam since the start of Mythbusters. He brings his passion and enthusiasm into everything he does and this carries through into the things he produces, this book is no exception.
