3.5 stars - there's a lot to like here and a lot to dislike or that's aged poorly, so I feel conflicted about this rating. The best moments were when Fanon really seems to capture something about the personal psychological effects of colonisation (e.g. Chapter 5); the weakest were the parts that were too heavy on psychoanalysis (the last two chapters), and I found it hard to get over the fact that classic psychoanalysis has been very much disproven since this book was written. Still, definitely worth a reread at some point.
