This was my first Agatha Christie book and I feel like I expected... more?
I had to push myself to continue reading until I reached about half of the book. To me, it started being painfully slow, but after thefirst murder things started to pick up a faster pace.
I started to enjoy it towards the end, where the details start being revealed.
I think it can still be a good read for whoever enjoys mystery and murder stories, just know that it'll start slow! Plus, getting to remember all of the names at the beginning was really confusing.
I wouldn't say I enjoyed it 100% but some chapters did keep me entertained.
If someone asked me if I liked it I would say "meeeh" or "it was alright" meaning that I wouldn't re-read it.

The only book I have liked from her is Murder on the orient express, it was the only good book that I liked.
I could give it a 2.5 but thats pushing it.
The movie was just okay as well, the movie was not anything thrilling to me.
The movie was just mediocre, so was the book.
The book was very very boring

I have read Hercule Poirot books before, most notably the ABC Murders, and just didn't enjoy him much. Death on the Nile, however, was much more enjoyable. It may have helped that I listened to the audio book read by David Suchet, who is spectacular, and lends Poirot a genial benevolence that the voice in my head previously didn't have. Fun, twisty story.
