It was ok. It was really ok. The end has my heart but the rest was just ok.

*SPOILERS*
WHY DID SHE BECOME A QUEEN IN THE MIDDEL OF THE BOOK. I THINK I SCREAMED OUT OF ANGER.

This book was again ok, i ended up liking the main character a bit more by the end but i still wasn’t as endorsed in the story as i would have liked to be.
The selection series to me will always be the ones about America and Mason, there daughter is a brat to me and i see her a bit less of that now but not by much. I wish there would of been a blurb of like 5 years from when they ended the book or something to show us how they and the country are now. I wanted to know if there was a backlash from how she ended the selection.

The Crown was an enjoyable read. I liked Eadlyn much more in this book, and I was still rooting for her. I'm just not sure I like how the series wrapped up. I have mixed feelings because I enjoyed how things turned out, I'm just not sure how believable it was. Maybe it just wrapped up a little too fast and clean.

Not a satisfying ending to the story as I was hoping. Unlike The Selection through The One, these two books (The Heir and The Crown) didn't have the same impact as the first 3.

It was a quick resolution ending with a lot of build-up that lead nowhere. I liked the story but feel like these last 2 books weren't needed.

Overall, I enjoyed the story but felt it was a bit unnecessary and rushed.
