A very short story, but it was good. Other reviewers say that they don't find it funny, and while it isn't laugh out loud funny, I would say it was amusing. Who hasn't lied a little so that you can get on with your day without having to deal with people's expectations of how you should act in a given situation? Sometimes it's just easier. In this case, the couple forgot to come up with a story together and it all fell apart on them. I liked the reveal at the end and thought it was a clever way to convey their situation.

Not to give away the ending, but I can't figure out why they'd want to it.
Narrator was nice.
