I picked up this book just based off the title and cover, and I'm happy I did! The little cameos made throughout of Victorian England and vampire literature are lots of fun, and the noir/Gothic vibes are incredible. The worldbuilding and historical research is engrossing, but sometimes overwhelming. Dracula as a vampire despot of England is a wonderful villain, and the surprise ending was just great.
