2.5. Brought this home thinking my bird-interested kids might like it (and to see if I'd want to recommend it to patrons). While the bird facts were interesting (and I learned at least one new thing), I think it was too long for the target audience. My son felt like there wasn't enough plot, & he said it didn't make sense for the crow to be telling about things *scientists* have learned about crows. Probably won't recommend.

After reading this I am definitely looking forward to reading more Science Comics with my son (age 7-1/2), he loved this book and we learned so many interesting this about crows! It was the kind of cool information that we wanted to share with others.

Crows are so smart! They understand numeracy! They can make tools! They have an amazing memory!
I want to make friends with crows.

Perfect for anyone (of any age) who loves learning about just how smart crows are.

Fun little comic kind of in the spirit of the holiday. Like Science Comics: Dogs, it kind of feels like it dives off the deep end into giant words and big concepts before getting into easier to understand territory. Still, a great addition to a fun series!

Very information dense, but presented in graphic novel form makes it easy (or at least easier) to digest. I love that it doesn't dumb down scientific information just because it's in graphic form / for children!
