An interesting look at a less-than-memorable side-character (I didn't remember Goodman Grey from Skin Game, tbqh), spun-off from one of the most memorable Dresden villians/beasties (the Naagloshii has been a fave since first Sight). My favorite part of this was probably the in-depth descriptions of shape-changing from the shape-changer's perspective. I don't think I've encountered a better description anywhere in fantasy or sci-fi fiction.

I literally only got this book for the Dresden Files short story Monsters. It was the only story I read and it was awesome. :D

I had this book for months. And I couldn't finish it. Some of the stories I read were good. Some weren't. But it wasn't compelling enough to remember to pick it up and read it. Some of that was it was a physical book. I'm doing worse and worse with those. I really like my ebooks, especially as my eyes get worse. But I read Dean Koontz's latest and couldn't put it down. So, not just that. I might try again if I get a hold of the ebook. In general I like short stories.

A few decent stories, including a good dresden one. Mostly forgettable. Did not find any new authors I want to seek out in the future.

Only read the Jim Butcher offering. Maybe the rest after the holidays.
