{My Thoughts} – Jonah and Abby get to go on another wonderful adventure within another fairytale. They also get to change the fairytale in a sense to make it better. In this book they end up in the tale about Sleeping Beauty. They learn new things about her story that they hadn’t otherwise been aware of and they help her to figure out that the plan she had for her life, isn’t really the plan she wanted for her life.

In this story something new takes place that Jonah and Abby haven’t had happen before, because of that the story line is altered and I think that it is a good thing for it to be, it leave a lot of room for things to be added in future books. Once you read this you will be sure to understand what I am going on about. I hope you will read it anyways, it is a good book and a good series.

I truly enjoy reading these books. You never know how the tale will be changed, what will be the same and what might be different. I am off to start my next book. Until next time!

We read the first eleven books in this series, and I highly recommend them (if you have a little one who's amenable to princess stuff).

This one was one of my favorites, because the stakes were a little higher and the process of figuring out the happy ending was more difficult. From this point on, the series just gets better and better.

description
This time for Abby and Jonah, Abby's sleepwalking friend Robyn joins with them and instead is pricked by the spindle of the spinning wheel meant for Sleeping Beauty who's called Breanna in this one, only the catch? Robyn used up all of the magic and of course the story of Sleeping Beauty needs fixing. Without giving too much away, this was super adorable as always, still loving cute little hilarious Jonah who's obsessed with ketchup and now he's wanting to wish for from a fairy or few.....a crocodile who can do Karate ;)

- This one wasn't as charming as the others. I was a little disappointed.

- The resolution and story wasn't as clever as the other books.

- I liked the message of the book. We should appreciate what we have. Great message for anyone.

- I was hoping Robin would become part of the magic mirror secret.

- These books would be a fun TV show. Each book could be an episode.

I love how these books always connect something from the "fairy tale" land to their present life. They always learn some moral and can apply it.
