There was so much happening in this book, so many different character perspectives and still no clear explanation of the curse or what it entails, I finished it out of a sense of duty.

I just finished this book and need time to fully collect my thoughts, but it was so good! I may have stayed up until 1 am to finish it. Also can we talk about Chapter 10 and Chapter 10.5? Whilst I loved them from the men's perspectives I felt I couldn't fully enjoy them because I was CRYING!!

Nobody will be able to understand the depth of my love for this series. Top tier. This newest installment had me on the edge of my seat the entire time. All the details we came to find out was worth it. The pain. Heartbreak. Love. I know in my heart it will be worth it in the end. A series that makes you feel this strongly will always deserve 5 stars. An author who can write this well and this emotionally will always be one of my favorites.

The new (and old) characters we are introduced in this book are absolutely phenomenal. Every single chapter added so much to the story as a whole, and I cannot wait to see where else Deanna takes us. Usually you fall in love with two main characters but she has given us all a love for every single persons story. Now that is fantastic writing.

“One can only journey so far into a book without losing track of where the world ends, and the pages begin. How much of your sanity are you willing to lose?”

Rating: 4.5✨

A lot of characters to follow and I'm having a hard time keeping track of everyone. May try again later

I was very distracted for the first half of this book, which made it difficult to get into and follow, but in the last half I could not put it down. There was pain and heartbreak, and spice and I loved it so much. Definitely going to do a reread of books 1 & 2 though to piece together things in my mind

** I received a free ARC copy of this book in exchange for an honest review**
I always love Deanna’s writing. The suspense and the multiple POV’s keep you on your toes. Not just the multiple POV’s, all the twists and turns-parts of the puzzle that start making the story whole. Getting to get inside each and every character’s thoughts and feelings. Holy shit balls the last like 13% of the book when all the dominos fall and the bombs drop! 🤯🤯🤯 AND THE AUTHORS NOTE PS! I do wish there was some sort of family tree or something to help me keep track. I feel like I couldn’t enjoy the story quite as much as i could have becaue I was constantly trying to figure out how each of curses affected each of the bloodlines. The connection between the two main love triangles especially and how their particular curse came into play. But I did absolutely love it from beginning to end. Getting to piece together each point of view and how they’re all connected as well as how this affected them in the events after. Not to mention the Easter eggs of all the characters like Lux and surprisingly Gemma’s story.
